Patricia is a graduate of the University of London having obtained her Bachelor of Laws Honours Degree in 1992. She has been an Attorney at Law for the past 19 years and is a very experienced and well-respected Attorney in St. Kitts-Nevis. She was the first elected female President of the St. Kitts-Nevis Bar Association, a position that she held for three (3) years from 2004-2007. For ten (10) years from 2002-2012, she served as council member of the Bar Association in various capacities. In 2012 she was appointed by the Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Courts, as a member of the Disciplinary Committee for the St. Kitts-Nevis Bar Association, a position that she currently holds.
Patricia’s areas of practice include Citizenship by Investment/Immigration Law, Conveyancing and Real Estate Law, Company Law, Trademark and Patents Law and many more, making her extremely knowledgeable in her field. Since obtaining her LLB degree, Patricia has enjoyed a diverse practice in two well-respected law firms. Currently she is the Senior Partner and Co-owner of her own Firm. Patricia gives back to her country by being a member of the Government’s Public Service Commission since 2001 and has been a member of several Governmental Committees including the Prime Minister’s Constitutional Reform Committee, the Electoral Reform Committee, Chair of the Property Review Committee and Senior member to the Government’s Radio and Television Broadcasting Corporation.
