• The first option is for those who wish to invest in real estate in Portugal. Payment depends on the property value with a minimum investment of €500,000.
• The second option involves maintaining a deposit of €1,000,000 for 5 years in Portugal.
• The third option involves establishing a company that creates a minimum of 10 jobs in Portugal.

Portugal is attractive to investors as the residency obligation is 7 days per year. Additionally, the application forms have a limited number of documents that must be signed.
