Elevay has two programmes associated with Cyprus—the Cyprus Residency Programme and the Cyprus Investor Programme.

With the Cyprus Residency Programme foreign individuals will be entitled to obtain permanent residency in a period of approximately 6-12 months with the investment of a minimum €300,000 in real estate in addition to fulfilling other requirements.

The options for the Elevay Cyprus Investor Programme are varied. Foreign individuals will be entitled to obtain citizenship and a passport in a period of approximately three months upon purchasing real estate and partaking in one of six available investment options.
