Construction Update – The Point at Petite Calivigny

This new video shows you the incredible progress that is being made at The Point at Petite Calivigny and also gives us another opportunity to thank our clients of the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program for their support of the development.

Take a look at the beautiful interiors and just imagine being there yourself. Completion is now scheduled to happen in April and everything is right on track for that to happen.

The Point at Petite Calivigny Construction Highlights

• The Antibe Villa number 1 has neared completion. As you can see, the pool has been filled, the the interior and exterior design has been completed and landscaping has been started.
• The Antibe Villa number 2 has had the majority of main construction completed and is nearly ready to be furnished.
• The Antibe Villa number 4 is following just behind Villa 2. There is still work to be completed on the main structure and the exterior, but there has been some great progress.
• The north condo structure at the Point at Petite Calivigny, known as the Beau Jardin Townhouse is also nearing completion. Interior and exterior design, and landscaping will be starting soon.
• Construction has started on the south condo as well. The foundation has been laid and it won’t be long before we start to see the structure of the building.
• Amenities at the private residence club are also taking shape. The video shows progress made on the gym structure as well as a completed jetty.

The Beau Jardin Townhouses at The Point at Petite Calivigny will offer a stunning view of the water. The first townhouse is nearly ready for interior and exterior furnishings.

And finally, the marina jetty. This is one of the many unique amenities that the completed Point at Petite Calivigny will offer.
