Update: Antigua and Barbuda has officially extended the Limited Time Offer until October 31, 2019. Read More
The fee reductions made to the Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship program are reverting back as of October 31, 2018.
In October of 2017, Antigua announced that they would be reducing the contribution amount for the donation option. At that time, they reduced the required contribution to the country’s National Development Fund to $100,000 for a family of four. The reduction made Antigua and Barbuda’s citizenship program the most cost-effective in the Caribbean.
In May of this year, Antigua announced further reductions to their citizenship program. This time it was in the form of a ‘Limited Time Offer’ which reduced the cost of the country’s real estate investment option. While the minimum total investment remained at $400,000 USD, the change allowed two applicants from “related parties” to make a joint investment, with each applicant investing a minimum of $200,000. This effectively reduced the required investment by 50%!

But as with any time-limited offer, eventually the investment must return to normal. The required amounts will be returning to their regular levels on October 31st, 2018. So, to be eligible for this discount, your application for citizenship must be submitted before that date.
