It is no secret that Citizenship via Investment is consistently increasing in popularity due to the fact that second citizenship allows for greater travel-related freedom.
With the opportunity to travel hassle-free, many investors are using their precious vacation time to introduce their families to the world.
Of course, many simply don’t have the time to research the best locations, and that’s where Travel and Leisure comes in. Each year, the magazine asks readers to rank their favourite cities in the world. The survey asks respondents to rate cities based on their sights and landmarks, culture, cuisine, friendliness, shopping, and overall value.
The top choice for 2017 was San Miguel de Allende in Mexico. This is a quaint city featuring cobblestone streets and historic houses, where art and local food are both colourful and inspired. Other cities in the top five include, Charleston, South Carolina; Chiang Mai, Thailand; Kyoto, Japan; and Florence, Italy.
